Just in case you wanted to know a little bit more about me...

My favorite colors are Purple, Blue, and Green.

My favorite television shows are Hell's Kitchen, The Office, Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares, The Biggest Loser, 19 Kids and Counting. Over the span of a year, I don't think that is too much.

My favorite movies are Pride and Prejudice (Miniseries), While You Were Sleeping, Now Voyager, The Fugitive, Howl's Moving Castle, Ratatouille, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Disney's Lady and the Tramp, The Odd Couple, The Big Sleep, It's A Wonderful Life, Dial M For Murder, The Philadelphia Story, Sunset Boulevard, The Thin Man, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, The Music Man

My favorite books are Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, Mansfield Park by Jane Austen, Dracula by Bram Stoker, These Happy Golden Years by Laura Ingalls Wilder, Quo Vadis by Henryk Sienkiewicz, The Chronicles of Narnia by C. I enjoy listening to Josh Groban, Celine Dion, John Denver, Billy Joel, Phil Collins, Michael Crawford, John Williams, Al Denson, John Michael Talbot, James Horner, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Mozart and many others. I enjoy pretty much everything except rap and heavy metal/heavy rock.

If I could play a musical instrument it be the flute, piano, violin or trumpet, in that order. I actually have a flute and we own a piano though it isn't home right now but I don't really know how to play them yet.

I grew up on the theater. My favorite play is Hamlet by William Shakespeare. My favorite musicals are The Phantom of the Opera, Ragtime, Into the Woods, Wicked, Titanic, Les Miserables, The Goodbye Girl, Me and My Girl, By Jeeves

When it comes to actors and actresses, I'm a fan of Russell Crowe, Kevin Kline, Jack Lemon, Sidney Poitier, John Cusack, Morgan Freedman, Jimmy Stewart, Bette Davis, Sandra Bullock, Grace Kelly, Amy Adams, Natalie Portman, Rene Zellweger, Julie Andrews.

I'm not really a girly girl and I do enjoy sports. Growing up I played softball, basketball, volleyball. I was also on the swim team and competed in horseback riding. I enjoy watching (American) Football and College Basketball. I also love to hike and would one day love to learn how to kayak.

I'm partial to a number of saints. St. Catherine of Siena is one of my patron saints, so I've been partial to her for a long time. I've also become attached to St. John Bosco, St. Faustina, St. Teresa of Avila, St. Bernadette, and, especially since I've become a mother, St. Nicholas. 

My favorite devotions are the Mass, the Divine Office and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy.
